In January 2017, Minebea Co., Ltd. and Mitsumi Electric Co., Ltd. merged their management. To mark the second anniversary of the integration, the uniforms of domestic group companies were renewed in February 2019.
By combining the technologies of both companies, they leveraged unique strengths not found in other companies and aimed to create new value. To achieve this, uniforms that had previously varied by location were standardized.
The design is based on the concepts of “simplicity,” “cleanliness,” and “elegance,” and reflects employees’ requests for functionality, safety, and environmental considerations, resulting in an advanced uniform.
A silicone patch with the logo is attached to the right chest.
The corporate slogan is printed near the cuffs, keeping it always visible.
On the back, piping in the corporate colors is added in a curved shape inspired by the arc of a bearing.
