As part of the 100th anniversary in March 2026, the uniforms were renewed. The concept is uniforms that carry “integrity” and “reliability” on to the next generation.
Under the uniform renewal project team, opinions from across the company were incorporated into the specifications and design to create safe and comfortable uniforms.
The main color chosen is turquoise, recognized and familiar from temporary bridges.
The material selected is a plant-based stretch fabric that contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions.
The cargo pants' pockets are designed to prevent items from falling out when seated.
The jacket features vertical pockets for easy use even when wearing a full harness, and stretch knit materials are applied to the sides and waist to enhance mobility, using the HE METHOD (Patent No.7408126).
For heat management, EF wear was adopted, featuring a specification (Patent No.7226777) that maintains comfort even when wearing a full harness.
