The design concept was set as "TO THE FUTURE." aiming to create uniforms that contribute to Hazama Ando's branding as a company that takes on the future through people and technology.
To accurately reflect on-site needs, a project team was formed by selecting young employees from each business location.
Through regular meetings, materials were evaluated and the design was developed.
Prototype samples were tested at worksites nationwide, and company-wide surveys and interviews were conducted.
The uniforms were completed after approximately one year of development.
The tricolor line on the chest, named the "Hazama Ando Line."enhances visibility and identification on site.
To enhance wearer comfort, the HE METHOD(Patent No.7408126),which improves
arm mobility, was adopted from the underarm to the shoulder.
In synergy with highly stretchable materials, it provides superior comfort for the wearer.
The HE METHOD(Patent No.7408126) was also applied to the waist area, improving mobility and reducing pressure on the lower abdomen.
For heatstroke prevention, the EF (Electric Fan) vest and jacket adopt the special FLEXIBLE VENTS (Patent No. 7226777) specification, which allows fall-arrest equipment to be worn inside, providing comfort to the wearer in extreme heat.
High-visibility retroreflective material was applied in appropriate locations to reduce the risk of pedestrian-vehicle during dusk and nighttime.
