This is the staff uniform design for Lawson, a major convenience store chain.
To mark its 40th anniversary, Lawson introduced a new uniform that represents the face of its stores.

With a workforce that has become more diverse—ranging from young people to foreign employees, homemakers, and seniors—the new design focuses on versatility, ensuring it suits all genders, ages, and nationalities.

In addition, feedback from employees wearing the uniforms was incorporated to improve functionality, including collar height and pocket placement, resulting in a more comfortable and practical uniform for daily work.

This is the staff uniform design for Natural Lawson, a health-focused convenience store chain operating in the Greater Tokyo area.
